The number you have dialled has not been recognised

I've only recently hooked up the phone since moving home. All seems well, but when I tried phoning the house phone from my mobile it says the number you have dialled has not been recognised, I've also tried ringing from my mobile to the house phone and it still says the number you have dialled has not been recognised. There is a ring and dial tone. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Has the number changed? Dial 17070 and the recorded message will tell you your phone number.

I did what you suggested and the number is different but when I ring the house phone from mobile and mobile to house phone it still says number you've dialled has not been recognised 🤦‍♀️

@Sofa33 sounds like therecis a fault which needs to get sorted so I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support thecforum who will send you an invitation to a private chat through the forum. A brightly coloured chat icon will be added to the pages in the forum when they have done this.
