Terrible crackling & buzzing noise on land line

I havre had a terrible crackling noise with buzzing on my land line for months, bought a brand new phone which is perfect on my neighbours line but my land line is faulty, tried the neighbours phone on my land line & it is the same, can any tell me how to email sky UK please or has anyone got any ideas, no eqipment is close by so no interference from other electic products
