We have moved our sky account to a new address but haven't received our new house telephone number

You can dial your mobile from it, or dial 17070 and listen to the recorded message. By the way we are customers here, not Sky.

Nobody here knows, I'm afraid. However it should be shown on the Broadband/Talk section of your online account, or if you have a phone plugged in, dial 17070 and the recorded message will tell you.
