We change the telephone and follow the sky website guideline but still not working

Any recent changes to your broadband subscription? Try the connection test here (even if your broadband is working ok). If it detects a fault you'll be able to book and engineer online. If not, you'll need to report it to Sky. If you wish, we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can do that via a private online chat. But try the connection test first.
