Currently with Talktalk. Sky broadband went live Monday 18th but still using Talktalk box as will lose TV otherwise. Sky Q being installed Monday. Phoneline isnt working - is this because don't have Sky broadband hub plugged in?
Also Talktalk said they've had no request from Sky to port the number. Yet we requested thus when we signed up 1st October. Any ideas?
