Wanted broadband bad landline. No have a puck which is classed as sky glass apparently. No info on land line and no help at all. Has no broadband or landline before and activated yesterday.

Your post isn't very clear, but I think you're saying your broadband service was activated yesterday and you have no landline. Is that right?
