Landline not working properly making/receiving calls. Broadband also way to slow 16mbps last few days when it is guaranteed 56mbps. In any case the average is always under the guaranteed speed... it has been since got last upgrade years ago. Why am I paying same as people who get the proper speeds. Anyway the most important thing at minute is my landline and my slow broadband. Last time I rang Sky I seemed to go round the world for help. Waiting for hours on my mobile.. getting passed to wrong people... getting phone put down... saying no problem in area. I had to get a Facebook post out to our local community and prove that others also had a problem. In the end they admitted we had a line fault. Reported it to Openreach who in the end fixed outside. My service really isn't that great and it's really difficult to report anything or get any information. The call system they operate is shocking. Can anyone help ? ..... is there and easy way to check my landline for a fault (although it said before I didn't have one when I did) and report my constantly slow speed to my hub. Thank you in advance

Thank you but I've tried this many times. I just wish there was an easier way to get Sky to correctly diagnose the faulty line... tomorrow I will have to phone them and go through a whole day or two of hell till I get anywhere
