Switched to sky max router from bt sky talk doesnt work

I phoned and managed to actually talk to someone who said it can take up to 7 days. And if by then still not working to call back. So fingers crossed. 
not great that where i live the phone mast has gone down so i have no mobile phone signal either.

when my problem was fixed i think they said that the macode wasnt turned on for voice on my router,it had to go through there technical/ network team.they fixed it remotely and its been fine since.
