Switched to Fibre and phone line disconnects are a few mins of being on a call

Hi, switched over to Fibre today. Engineer complete the installation and all seemed to be working well. My wife goes to use the phone, gets a dailing tone and managed to make a call, but after 3 or 4 minutes of being on the call, its gets disconnected. 

 

ONT is showing 3 green lights.

 

I have read, that we need to wait 24hrs for the phone side of things to fully swith over and to power off the new router and ONT for about 10 mins and then swith back on, not sure how true this is !!

 

Anyone else had this issue? 

 

If still the same tomorrow, I will contact SKY

Yes, previous posts indicate that it can take up to 24 hours before activation of the phone service is completed. Restart tomorrow as you posted and if it's still not working correctly, we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat, if you wish.
