Skytalk not letting me make free toll calls on 0800

I have just moved to Skytalk from BT and for the first time tried to dial into Zoom on 0800 number Skytalk replies not recognised it worked with no issues on BT

Has 5he meeting Host made the number available? Does this happen with calls to other 0800 numbers?
