Sky took over the landline but it dies not work

Sky took over the landline from Virgin, nowit does not work anymore? Also there is no number to call to speak to someone at sky?

Hi, can the messaging team call. Mary on her mobile. Landline not working. It looks like someone will need to come and fix it. Thanks.

You may not be aware but this is a customer to customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here. Sky won't call anyone and no one will know who Mary is. 

 

Is the phone plugged into the back of the router?
