Sky talk shield wont let people leave messages

I have sky talk shield but it wont let anyone leave messages, what should I do?

Sky's 1571 Voicemail service? Or your phone's answerphone service?

Its on my own answer phone service that it wont let people leave messages

From Sky's help:

"Talk Shield doesn’t work well with other call blocking products, built-in call screening, and some non-Sky voicemails. Turn these off for it to run smoothly"

It looks like your phone's answering service isn't compatible with Sky Talk Shield. You could use Sky's Voicemail service instead?

Same problem here.  There's no way that I know to shut off Panasonic answer phone (and don't want to).  So I guess I can't block unwanted nuisance calls.  Bummer.
