Sky talk - porting your number to a new network

My Sky talk is due to end on 27 Feb,  how do I know if you have received a request to transfer my telephone number to my new provider please?

@mumsemail1  If you are moving to any other Openreach provider they will let Sky know and they should send you which of your services is moving to the new provider. The only one that you will have problems with and have to cancel your services with Sky is Virgin as they own their own infrastructure and are not in the same scheme.

Probably best to confirm with your new provider that the number will be ported, as they're the important party here.
