Had sky talk/broadband activated yesterday. Trying the landline and there's no dial tone (just a continuous beep). If I call my landline number from my phone it rings but there's no response on the landline itself. I've tried the help menu but this isn't resolved. Any ideas?

First, is your phone plugged into your broadband Hub? It won't work from a wall socket. It can take up to 24 hours for activation of the phone service to complete.
