Sky talk - landline not registering incoming calls

When ringing my landline it does not ring the actual phone & just rings out on the phone u call from , any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

@SKY3CBEC  Is you phone connected to the correct point?

 

Does you hub have a voice light? If yes, is the phone plugged into the back of the hub?

@SKY3CBEC  Are you able to call out?  If so what number displays on your mobile for example?   Does it match the one you should have?
