Sky talk connection to my phone

I have 2 digital phones which when I press the wps button it does not connect can I have some help please anyone

@Omar33  Are these BT digital phones? If so they only work with BTs hubs.  For Sky and all other providers you need standard dect phones.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

As @GD1 indicates, BT 'Digital Voice' handsets supplied by BT Broadband will only function when BT is the ISP and a BT Smart Hub 2 is in use as the router.  They don't work with broadband from any other ISP and cannot connect  to a Sky Hub.
