Hi, ive just checked my future bill for call charges and i call a 0345 number (Lloyd's online banking) and I've got call charges for about nearly £6. How is this possible? I have anytime and I have checked the tariffs and its not there for charges.

Calls of up to 60 minutes to 03xx nunbers are included.
