Sky max 6 no landline

Installed the new sky max 6 router today, followed the instructions, broadband/WiFi is working but the landline is not working, if i ring the landline from my mobile it says number is temporarily unavailable, rang sky and they went through the tests etc and have escalated the issue to the technical team, has anyone had the same issue and got it resolved.

@Vespa it appears from previous posts that landline activation via the Max Hub is commonly delayed by up to 24 hours.

Thanks for the reply, the sky rep thought that and checked the system and said everything is activated and the phone should be working, I'll check tomorrow afternoon which is approximately 24hrs to see if it is working, hopefully it works.

Took a day after broadband activation for the phone to become live for me. Seems to be a common theme with Sky.

The same happened to my sons activation in December so it's quite common.

Phone all working now, why ever the delay in the phone working I'll never know but thanks for the advice.
