Sky landline phone not working

My Sky landline is not working but internet is okay. Purchased a new cordless phone to test the socket and there is no dialling tone. How can I report this without speaking to anyone at Sky?

Does your broadband Hub have a Voice light which is lit?

 

Try the connection test here, even though your broadband is working ok: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

 

Let us know on both of the above.

My hub does not have a voice light. Test is good for broadband getting 79 mbs

Ok, you'll need to report it to Sky. Assuming you don't wish to call, I'll flag your post to Sky's messaging team and they may be able to contact you for a private online chat via the forum. Look out for a blue/red chat 'bubble' towards the bottom of the page. Replies from Sky may not be instant, so check back from time to time for updates.
