Sky land line not working since Wednesday 1st November

Not had Sky land line since Wednesday 1st November.  Reported fault on Thursday 2nd .  No update from Sky or Open Reach only a text from Open Reach to say the fault had been reported.   Phoned Sky on Saturday 4th November for update but told nothing would be done over weekend as Open Reach don't work weekends!!

@pamela+bishopOpenreach do not work on domestic connections over the weekend.

That's right. Openreach's normal response time for faults is 2 to 5 working days. That doesn't include weekends.
