Sky home phone not working

 Sky Talk and Broadband customer: broadband and TV is working fine, but home phone not recieving or dialing out.

Need this working as i am disabled and live on my own.

Are you new to Sky Talk/Broadband, or recently upgraded your broadband service? Or has your Sky landline been working ok up to now?

Any recent changes to your broadband subscription?

It may also be worth registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning so have a look here… ~

Not new to Sky and to be honest im not sure how long the phone as not been working.
