Sky have cut my phone line when he fiited my new broadband

open reach have been to my house and noticed that the sky man has cut my phone line

@joanne123  You must have a full fubre install if the old line is cut otherwise you'd have no broadband either?

 

Is there a voice light on the hub/router?

 

If so have you plugged your phone into the UK phone port?

i have openreach to come today and he has noticed that my landline has been cut, it happened when sky came to change my broadband cable
