Sky broadband via ONT, what phone do i need?

I have a skybroadband setup with ONT. 

My parents need mutiple phones around the house. What kind do i need to acheive this? 

Will a standard DECT phone work (not voip)? (Main base/phone connected directly to sky router, other DECT can be scattered around the house)

Will this method work? Or does it have to be VOIP compatible?

No, it doesn'thave to be VOIP compatible. Yes, a standard DECT cordless phone kit, where the base station plugs into your broadband Hub (not the ONT) and as many phone handsets as you need should work fine.
