Sky broadband/phone line

Had new fibre broadband installed with city fibre on behalf of sky now phone line not working router has amber light on and can't make or receive calls

When was this installed and did the engineer check on visit?

 

Do you have any lights on the ONT box?

 

Where are you connecting the phone and router ?

@Darh2611 When was your fibre service activated? It's not unusual for completion of activation to take 24 hours or more.
