Had an engineer out a month or so ago as the line was really bad then it gave up.
The last couple of days the handset hasnt been rining and the handset is displaying 'Please check line cord'.
Everything is plugged in as it should. The service check is good (although there doesnt seem to be one for sky talk now, only broadband). Unhelpfully, the wizard ends with 'talk to someone' which is no good when the phone doesnt work 😉
Is there a link for the phone line check and not the broadband check?

Thanks - that was the one I tried earlier. I thought there was one where you entered your phone number but thats probably a while ago.

There is some on the community that can escalate this for you to Sky if that is what you would like. But it would not be actioned on till the morning.
