I went straight to the top CEO of Sky with a email , ever since I have been in contact with head office about this problem, they ring me up or leave messages with updates about this , it is still a ongoing problem which they are trying to put right .

I agree with you , it seems as though they dont know what they are doing or they are not doing anything at all , part of my message the other day was just checking that you are getting the same problem , why do they have to ask this question at all , cant they see that we are .

@Jitty1 as it stands id say not doing anything at all appart from odd comment here and there and thats not even consistent ive been involved with these forums b4 n all of a sudden a sky employee will just shut it down saying fixed when its not.

Have not been able to access my Skytalk shield to block or add numbers for weeks, Each time I either get a "server error" message or "whhoops there is an error" Rang Sky and they said someone was working on it but obviously nothing has been achieved.
how much longer is it going to take to fix this issue ?

Ive been on to Sky as well, says Whoops on phone, mac and PC. Its a known issue apparently and they say are trying to fix, wish they would hurry up as currently the service isnt worth using without the controls!

This has been going on now for well over 8 months , it's becoming a total joke , I don't think Skys IT department have a clue , why don't they admit defeat and say it will never be fixed .

Yes this is a total joke now, does anyone have a contact with anyone at Sky who can sort this out (removed) I wonder how many people think it is working and it is not?

Sky would provide the same response - yes they're aware of a fault and are working on it.

It seems to me that this is never gonna be fixed & sky dont care

@myke5 absolutley 100% agree if i took this long to rectify problems in my job i would expect to not have a job.

To be honest i think this is probably a simple fix but they dont care & although they say they are looking into it they're probably doing nothing.
