Sky Talk Shield - cannot amend via the website or My Sky App

I agree it is a disgrace especially as they seem to promote this feature in marketting materials. No wonder people are being scammed🙀

leaving sky in August feed up paying for somthing i cant use and keep being told almost 2 years ago .....our engineers are working on it ..NO THEY ARE NOT... And guess were i got this Infomation from.........

I wish I had this option, my grandparents wouldn't cope with a provider change unfortunately. It's extremely frustrating and makes me so angry.

When is this issue with not being able to use Sky Talk Shield online i.e. not using the phone to do it please?

I specifically changed my Dad to Sky so that I could check the callers and block or star them online.

@KimP Sky haven't said, I'm afraid. They rarely give details of upcoming fixed/improvements etc.

Unable to edit. change or modify in anyway my Talk shield settings. All attempts to access are met with "Whoops there has been an error" message.

Can anybody help?

Well over a year? trying to fix this fault everytie I phone they say they have not heard of it and try to get me to reload ny laptop,phone,tablet.don;t appear to be interesred

Is this still not fixed? I have just tried to access it, but get a "Whoops, there's been an error" message and I cannot access it. I'd like to block a number!

This has been going on for a couple of years now, had discussions with Sky who say they are trying to fix the problem, don't hold your breath, don't think they can be bothered.

@HuddyF2 no, it hasn't been fixed. You can use the workaround provided in previous replies here to add a blocked number via your phone keypad.

Yes - I was advised this  well pver 1 year ago but what they could'nt my next question :-

'How. do I know which are Blocked and Started numbers if Online access is constantly failing  with an error message

Sky promised That Talk Shield could be managed online, -  well it doesnt work  and if you look at all the threads on this,  they had no intention to fix it and have now removed it........just  as I had no intention of deleting my lists and reInputtimg all my numbers again  as others have found  to their cost that this revommended 'fix' didnt work

So my Sky Tal Anytime is now  only 'Sometime So now I see Talk Shirld online access has been discontinued I will expect a discount
