Nope, that's not what I posted.

Phone call from Sky today to let me know that is still being looked at but cannot say when it will be fixed , it might suddenly start working again but it might only be fixed with a new app , so when i know more i will comment again , i will await the next update . At least i now know that they are trying to fix the problem.

As this has been going on for awhile now, you can only assume the system is pretty broke.

skytalk not working ..Ive tried Honda + etc  answeres to get it going 

this is a service provided and its been going for 6 months+

Ive been through all the computer bits to get it to work and still

I assume Honda is a mis-type. Do you actually mean Sky Talk isn't working? Or are you referring to the Sky Talk Shie.d? If the latter,, see Sky's earlier post here.

Is there any more updates on this issue its gone desperatly quiet now surley we deserve some sort of update i would have hoped this would be sorted now it worked fine b4 and to some of us this is important !

Hi,

Just wondering wehther you or 'Jitty' have used 'Resolver' to take this up with Sky.

I did so some years ago  for an urgent problem when email downloads failed and thereafter got very good support from Sky's specialists to fix it

In this instance,  given that Sky acknowledged the fault 3 weeks ago and are reportedly investigating it,  I'm not sure what more using Resolver would achieve....
