Thanks Dawn-Tracey for letting us know. I am assuming this is a nationwide problem so it is a system failure on their part. I have noticed
another discussion regarding this problem a Sky Representative said yesterday the problem was now sorted and he was closing the discussion down?

I hopefully am getting a phone call today from head office with a update on this matter , had one of my comments declined yesterday as apparantly i breached the rules , i am only trying to help people resolve this matter , so will update when i know more .

Just had a call from Sky , they are still working on the app apparently to try and fix it , when they have a update they will contact me again . But their is a way to access your list to block and star numbers on your phone , was told you could see how to do this on Sky.com but I couldn't find it so here is how to do it , phone 1780 then listen to the options, it's not as easy as just going to your lists online but it might help ( if you have the patience) .

I won't give up until it's sorted , I asked why it's taken such a long time to sort out and why when people actually talk to someone they are told that their isn't a problem but he said I cannot comment on conversations that he wasn't part of 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️,surely something could be posted to say we know their is a problem and we are trying to it .

Please please please can any sky employee provide an update on this any acknowledgement on this now its gone on along time sont need to put my personal life on here but really could do with this sorting lifes changed 4me n i need be able to access this feature again. !!

Hopefully this will be sorted soon , I am waiting for an update , I will give it a few more days then I will phone head office again , once again why is it taking so long . I tried to block on my landline by doing what I eas told to do manually but it is not as easy as doing it online .

That's what I said to the person that I spoke to the other day , I said why can't people be told that this is being looked at instead of being kept in the dark , but he said I cannot comment on that . I said to him how much longer before it will be fixed because of the loads of people that it is affecting but he couldn't answer that either, it's so frustrating to not get much joy .

@Jitty1 Sad as it is its always the same with sky brilliant product but when something goes wrong it takes forever to even get them to accept there is an issue but thank you for taking time to ring them to try and get a resolution. Xx
