Does any one know if this has supposedly been fixed yet im still getting oops message i tried to ring 2 weeks ago and after hour and half trying to explain and being passed round i gave up.

I had a message this morning saying they now know it's a common issue . I said I've been saying that to them for several weeks. I the. Got this
team have enough examples now to open the case and investigate to find a solution, and they will now be working on it in the background to implement a fix as soon as possible to get it working again for all users and thankfully there wont be anything you need to do once the fix is put in place, it will be done automatically. Is there anything else you need from us here while the chat is open?

I was meant to have a call yesterday about this problem but as usual no one phoned , if this isnt sorted ( why is it taking so long when it has been going on for months ) i will continue to send emails to the CEO of Sky .

Is there any update on this i rang sky but who i spoke to denies all knowledge of anything !!

This happens to often they deny knowledge of issues . You would think support staff would be made aware of issues and situations. So often you ring and a different person will want to go through all the same things again . So frustrating

I am waiting for a phone call on Wednesday about this matter from Skys head office , apparantly the app team are meant to be looking at the problem . This is really making me cross now as we were woke up at midnight Friday night by a scam phone call and cannot block the number , i dont know how they can deny all knowledge of a problem when this has been going on since last year . I will not give up on this matter and will update when i know more .

Yes why do they do this and why has it took so long to try to sort it out . Do they not read the comments on here .

It seems minimal posts get read by Sky themselves. You would of thought they get plenty of other flags of a system failure and then provide status updates?

I find sky one of the worst companies to ring to sort any problems out. The lack of understanding or information is terrible.

Hi everyone I spoke too soon my Sky Talk Shield is not working again!!! Could a Sky representative please give a satisfactory explanation to this post as many people are obviously affected. You are not providing the service you are contracted to and therefore you need to keep us informed and I would suggest a refund in charges. It is not good enough to be corresponding with customer services who do not appear to be informed correctly about this problem or for you to totally ignore these discussions.
