Since moving to Fibre unable to receive calls on landline from a Sky Mobile

Been with Sky for 17 years, recently changed to Sky Fibre, have plugged landline phone into the back of the hub but can not receive calls to landline from a Sky Mobile.  Landline receives calls from other mobile networks and other landline numbers.

 

Submitted a picture of hub and issue several weeks ago but have not heard from anyone.  Please help.

I have seen similar posts before with similar issues so what you will need to do is to call Sky on the free 150 number from either your landline phone or your Sky Mobile and report this to Sky as they will take the details from you and send it through to another team to investigate for you.
