Since sky broadband installed, phone line has been down.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreDoes your broadband Hub have a 'Voice' light which is lit? If so, you have Sky Internet calls (Sky VOIP) and your phone needs to be plugged into the socket at the back of the Hub, not the usual wall socket.

Yes it does and it is. Voice light not on though.

2 weeks ago. Tried all mentioned, been on troubleshooting guide, tried all. Trying to speak to an actual person over the phone is proving impossible!!
