Since broadband installed phone line has been down

Since sky broadband installed, phone line has been down.

Does your broadband Hub have a 'Voice' light which is lit? If so, you have Sky Internet calls (Sky VOIP) and your phone needs to be plugged into the socket at the back of the Hub, not the usual wall socket.

Yes it does and it is. Voice light not on though.

When was,your service activated? Have you tried restarting your Hub? Have ypu checked whether or not your phone works from the usual wall socket?

2 weeks ago. Tried all mentioned, been on troubleshooting guide, tried all. Trying to speak to an actual person over the phone is proving impossible!!
