Setting Up Sky Voicemail on my Panasonic KX-TG6821E

I have just set up my Panasonic KX-TG6821E Landline

When I try to access my Voicemails the phone keeps saying "Trying To Connect You" and won't let the person leave a Voicemail

How do I set up the above phone for Voicemails and play these Voicemails back?

Have you checked the user guide for this phone or searched online via Google if you do not have it ?

Not a Sky issue, but the instructions for my Panasonic phone (different model, but may be similar) are: 

 

1. Press the answering system button on the base unit (looks like a cassette tape)

2. On the handset, press the Menu/OK button, then scrolls to Answering System

3. Press Menu/OK

4. Scroll to 'Answer on' and press Menu/OK.
