We are rather concerned by our outside cable from the pole to our house. It is sagging rather badly and needs to be seen to as soon as possible. Thank you.

Unfortunately if it's not actually hazardous and broadband/phone is still working, you're unlikely to get anywhere with either Openreach or Sky: they essentially don't do preventative maintenance.
A leaning pole might get their attention, though.

If it's 'dangerous' to passing vehicles / pedestrians etc report it direct to Openreach
