I have Sky internet talk.

I was on a call to sister when the phone cut off. Could not phone back. All 4 lights green on our new Sky Hub. The same thing happened last week when I was on a long call 111 NHS. They could not call me back and ended up sending an ambulance. The phone comes back on later in both cases..

I have a BT blocking and answer phone with two had sets

Have you tried rebooting your broadband hub at the mains ?
