Restricted phone but my bills were paid on time & my direct debit is working normally

Used the help bot & it just says my account is fine which it isn't as I can't make calls from my landline

Have you been notified that your services are restricted? Could be a landline fault?

I had a big phone bill for one month which resulted in them restricting the line for some reason even though the bill was paid as normal on the normal date later with my direct debit. Phone line has no oroblems

My sky app says account restricted but helpbot says all is fine...my sky TV works fine it's just the phone which when picked up says dial sky to pay bill

Not sure what's going on then. It looks like you'll need to speak to Sky. If you have a Sky mobile, call 150, or if you wish we can ask Sky's messag9ng team to contact you via a private online chat?

I don't have a sky mobile, I'll try to resolve it via the landline first but if no luck I'll take up that other option
