Reporting a fault by web chat or email. Phone line is not working and I don’t and cannot use a mobil

My phone line which is business has stopped working. No one can call in and we Can't call out. There's no web chat or email to reach sky and report the fault. I don't use a mobile and cannot use the mobile for health reasons. How can I reach them? I'm disgusted in the lack of service offered as a business line.

@Yaz777  You need to be aware sky services are for domestic use only unless you have the appropriate business account at considerable higher costs
