Replacing a connection box on the outside of my property

The box outside my property has gone brittle and broken. It holds the wires from the telegraph pole before connecting to the house. Who replaces this and who do I contact?

It's Openreach who would replace it (anything related to the phone line up to the master socket in your home is their property and responsibility) but you would report it to Sky, assuming they're your phone/broadband provider.

Sky might not be able to report it on to Openreach while your phone and broadband services are working ok.

Many thanks but how do you report it to Sky ...is it a phone call as can't find anywhere online to do it and the VA is useless!

@mazza17

Yes, call Sky by dialling 150 free from your Sky Talk landline.

Calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum, offer you online help or offer to send you a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.
