I recently moved home, my phone line isn't working. I'm unable to make/recieve calls. My phone says check phone line

Not sure what a voice light is.
But all lights on my hub are green

It's plugged into a socket.
It's never been plugged into the hub before the move
Sky engineer hooked this up and changed the wall socket

When there's a new installation, Sky change you to Internet calls. It will be the norm for customers of all service providers in due course. Sadly, some engineers still plug the phone into the wall socket.
