Did you get any response on this I have same issue people with landline can call in but mobiles say number isn't recognised at all

As your issue is different I have moved your post as you will need to report this issue to Sky if you are able to make calls out. The free number to use is just 150.

Thanks but the post said the person had no incoming calls that's what I have...

Your post says that people with landlines can call you but mobiles can't so your issue is different as the other member had no working landline at all, either way you will need to report this so it can be investigated.
