@Fionat12345 In what way, you cannot make or receive cslls to your landline phone!

No can't make calls or answer calls

@Fionat12345 You will have to call sky to report the line fault but you do not say if plugged into the back off the hub, into an OR Master Socket or even via a ADSL filter that may be bad, phone could have packed in etc, if hub switch it off for a couple off minutes see how it goes when it restart's, no joy then MOBILE phone to call sky and report line fault!

@Fionat12345 check your Service Status via the link on Sky's help here. If there are no problems run the connection test, even if your broadband is working normally.

 

If no fault is detected, it's best reported to Sky. We can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat, if you wish.
