all of a sudden my land line with sky stopped working and I can not receive or make calls this was three days ago and I live with an elderly parent who needs her land line to be working, I cannot get hold of anyone to sort it out for us.

As you mentioned that you live with your elderly parent who need the landline to work all the time, I wanted to make sure that you know about our Accessibility Team who can give you extra support if for example they have any medical equipment/care alarm connected to the landline.
Are you already signed up with the Accessibility Team? Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team
