I have this issue, I can't dial out, people can dial in but not hear anything. I have done all the tests and changed to a different phone. Its been nearly a week now.

Are you new to Sky Talk, or has your Sky service been working ok up to about a week ago? Can you run the connection test here, even if your broadband is working ok, and let us know the result.

I am not a new user I have been with Sky for years and yes it just stopped working about a week ago. Will try the diagnostics when I get home later

Best reported to Sky, then. Call them free on 150 if you have a Sky Mobile, or if you wish we can ask the messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat?

Yes please as I don't have a Sky Mobile.
