Problem with receiving calls after upgrading to full fast broadband! Please give me a number where I

After having Full Fast  Broadband installed recently I can no longer receive calls with Broadband! Please advise how I can speak to a real person and get a sensible answer.

Can you make calls? 

It's normal for the Sky Talk landline to not operate fully for 24+ hours after the broadband activation. Presumably you've got it plugged into the back of the hub and NOT a wall socket?
