Porting telephone number to Vonage
I'm signing up to Vonage VOIP and wish to keep my existing landline number but they are unable to find my Sky account details. They say that this is a known problem and that Sky need to ad Vonage as a known provider?
If this is true, when will this be fixed?
If it is not true, is there a way to transfer the number manually?

So far as I'm aware, Sky can only port a telephone number when a customer's broadband/landline service is switched to another ISP. They can't port a service to a native VOIP provider.
