I'm signing up to Vonage VOIP and wish to keep my existing landline number but they are unable to find my Sky account details. They say that this is a known problem and that Sky need to ad Vonage as a known provider? If this is true, when will this be fixed? If it is not true, is there a way to transfer the number manually?

So far as I'm aware, Sky can only port a telephone number when a customer's broadband/landline service is switched to another ISP. They can't port a service to a native VOIP provider.
