Had sky broadband and talk since November but only got a lamdline phone yesterday, pmyg it in and it not working, no dialing tone

Got a new Sky hub I changed providers to Sky. All working perfectly, broadband, intenet and TV. However my landlines is not working. Error message on phone says Check phone line. Any solutions anyone?

No Mark not into tge purple broadband slot as shown on instructions as I have fiber and should have Internet calls.

Your phone needs to be plugged into your broadband Hub. There's a phone socket at the back.
It won't work from a wall socket.

My phone line from the phone is plugged directly nto the hubs phone line slot for UK and Ireland phones. I don't have a wall socket.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTry restarting your Hub by switching off at the plug for 30 seconds or so. Once it has restarted, is the Voice LED on the front of the Hub (if it has one) unlit, illuminated amber, or green?

There is no voice light on the hub. All other lights are on.

As it has been a week, it's probably best reported to Sky. We can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat, if you wish?
