Phoneline fault,internet fault..3weeks almost and still not fixed.

Anyone have any ideas for getting an issue resolved?

Almost 3 weeks ago we start with a line crackle,then dropping internet.

Out comes sky tech team,oh your fixed.works for half an hour then back to the same.

Out comes another tech man,you don't need us you need openreach. Scheduled one of them,out he comes does his leads, goes down the road to box..oh your fixed..nope 

2nd openreach man comes,there's a fault abreak in line need to platform to get to it.

Magicaly it starts working,even the speed is back up.

Yesterday 2 openreach men up the pole, which is NOT the pole with the problem. Now we have no home phone, intermittent internet.

We call sky through a really bad crackly line woman says oh they need to dig up the road 😳 umm my cables are over ground we live in the countryside! She says they will review on the 14th.....today I manage to ring sky to find out what's going on,man says I'll test your line...😬

Gets cut off now we have no phone line what so ever and slow almost non existent broadband.

The best part is they gave us the free for 2months cinema...shame we can't actually watch it thanks to the bad internet!

All I'd like is a working phone and broadband,can't be too much to ask

If Openreach are already on the case, there's not much more Sky can do, I'm afraid. You could ask them what Openreach said in their most recent update to them?

I'd love to be able to ask them,but with a home phone that don't work, and neither do any of the numbers for sky from my mobile I haven't got much hope of contracting them 🤣
