Phone went off and now displays a different number and broadband not working.

My phone went off the other day and then came back on but now my broadband doesn't work and if I call my mobile it displays a different number and if anyone calls me it just rings and rings but not in the house.

By any chance have you moved home, or notified Sky of an impending house move? If not, it sounds like a crossed line of some sort, which you'll need to report to Sky.
