Landline Phone is not working and can't get a number to call

Firstly perhaps provide some more information;

Any recent changes to your broadband package? Has the landline been working okay up til now? 

To call Sky dial 150 (free) from a Sky mobile. Alternatively use this link…

UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ leading to a number starting 0333.

Calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum, offer you online help or offer to send you a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

My landline is down so I cannot dial 150
All I want is to speak to a human, who can run a fault check on my landline.
Think I need to leave Sky, the service is so poor

Is your broadband service working ok?

You say your phone line isn't working so has there been any changes to your broadband oackage recently, so have you upgraded to a fibre product for example ?
