Instead of plugging the phone into the old phone sockets on the wall now with most new connections the phone plugs into the phone socket on the back of your Sky hub. Check if that applies to your new connection.

moved from BT to sky talk on the 20th november. broad band and wifi working ok. No phone line working..
Sky hub showes four green lights.
